TRANSPORTATION & RIDE SERVICES TERMS

These Transportation & Ride Services Terms (“Transportation Terms”) govern your use of transportation, pickup, shuttle, ride, and related services made available through Duck Stop Pro (“Transportation Services”).

These Transportation Terms supplement the Duck Stop Pro Terms of Use. By requesting, scheduling, or using Transportation Services, you agree to these Transportation Terms.

1. Transportation Services

Duck Stop may offer transportation-related services through the Duck Stop Pro application.

Transportation Services may include:

■Customer pickup services

■Shuttle services

■Transportation between approved locations

■Transportation associated with Duck Stop products or services

■Future transportation offerings provided by Duck Stop

Transportation Services may not be available at all locations, times, or service areas.

2. Service Availability

Transportation Services are subject to:

■Driver availability

■Vehicle availability

■Service area restrictions

■Traffic conditions

■Weather conditions

■Road closures

■Operational limitations

■Safety concerns

Duck Stop does not guarantee that Transportation Services will always be available.

3. Pickup Requests

When requesting Transportation Services, you agree to provide:

■Accurate pickup information

■Accurate destination information (if applicable)

■Accurate contact information

■Any information reasonably necessary to complete the request

Providing inaccurate information may result in delays or cancellation of service.

4. Location Services

Transportation Services require location information.

By requesting Transportation Services, you authorize Duck Stop to:

■Collect your location information;

■Collect background location information when authorized by you;

■Monitor location information during active transportation requests;

■Share location information with authorized Duck Stop personnel responsible for completing the transportation request.

Location information may be used to:

■Assign drivers;

■Coordinate pickups;

■Improve pickup accuracy;

■Improve customer safety;

■Support navigation;

■Investigate disputes;

■Maintain operational records.

5. Driver Assignment

Duck Stop reserves the right to:

■Assign drivers;

■Reassign drivers;

■Substitute vehicles;

■Cancel assignments;

■Refuse service requests.

Driver assignments may change without notice.

6. Estimated Arrival Times

Estimated pickup and arrival times displayed within Duck Stop Pro are estimates only.

Actual pickup times may be affected by:

■Traffic conditions;

■Weather;

■Driver availability;

■Operational issues;

■Customer delays;

■Other factors beyond Duck Stop’s control.

Duck Stop does not guarantee pickup or arrival times.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

■Be present at the designated pickup location;

■Follow lawful instructions provided by drivers;

■Wear seat belts where required by law;

■Treat drivers respectfully;

■Avoid conduct that threatens safety;

■Comply with applicable laws.

Duck Stop may refuse service to customers engaging in unsafe, disruptive, abusive, threatening, or unlawful behavior.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Customers may not:

■Harass drivers;

■Threaten drivers;

■Damage vehicles;

■Possess illegal substances;

■Possess illegal weapons;

■Engage in criminal activity;

■Interfere with vehicle operation;

■Misuse Transportation Services.

Violations may result in immediate termination of service and account suspension.

9. Vehicle Safety

Duck Stop strives to maintain vehicles in a safe operating condition.

However, Transportation Services are provided subject to:

■Road conditions;

■Mechanical issues;

■Traffic conditions;

■Weather conditions;

■Other operational risks.

Customers acknowledge that transportation involves inherent risks beyond Duck Stop’s control.

10. Lost or Forgotten Property

Duck Stop is not responsible for personal property left in vehicles.

If property is discovered, Duck Stop may attempt to contact the customer but does not guarantee recovery.

Recovered property may be disposed of in accordance with applicable policies and laws.

11. Service Refusal

Duck Stop reserves the right to refuse, suspend, terminate, or cancel Transportation Services at any time for reasons including:

■Safety concerns;

■Suspected fraud;

■Operational limitations;

■Driver availability;

■Customer misconduct;

■Legal requirements.

12. Emergency Situations

Duck Stop Transportation Services are not emergency services.

Do not use Duck Stop Pro to request:

■Medical emergencies;

■Fire emergencies;

■Police assistance;

■Situations requiring immediate emergency response.

In an emergency, call 911 or the appropriate emergency services provider.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DUCK STOP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

■Delays;

■Missed appointments;

■Route changes;

■Service interruptions;

■Lost property;

■Indirect damages;

■Incidental damages;

■Consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

14. Insurance and Claims

Any transportation-related incident, claim, accident, or injury should be reported promptly to Duck Stop.

Duck Stop reserves the right to investigate incidents and cooperate with insurers, law enforcement, and regulatory authorities as necessary.

15. Transportation Records

Duck Stop may maintain records relating to Transportation Services, including:

■Pickup requests;

■Driver assignments;

■Ride history;

■Location records;

■Communications;

■Operational logs.

Such records may be retained for safety, operational, legal, insurance, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes.

16. Changes to Transportation Services

Duck Stop may modify, suspend, or discontinue Transportation Services at any time without prior notice.

17. Changes to These Terms

Duck Stop may update these Transportation Terms periodically.

Updated terms become effective upon posting within Duck Stop Pro or related Services.

Continued use of Transportation Services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
